Danny Haro and Michael Arreola established Pro Inventory Management (PIM) as an essential solution for their comic book and collectibles retailer, Kobra Comics. Due to the substantial limitations imposed by COVID-19 on physical storefronts, the organization recognized the criticality of augmenting its presence on the platforms that its clientele regularly visits.

They endeavored to develop their own system because they were unable to locate one that satisfied their requirements.
